Premium purchases
If you bought Premium and access is not active, open the Account tab and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store.
Deleting data
Your evaluations are stored locally on your device. You can delete them from Account → Delete my data. The privacy policy explains this behavior.
